As an Architect working directly under Arch.Dennis Onyango, she works closely to drive the creative and technical direction of multiple architectural projects. Her responsibilities include:

• She plays a key role in design development, drafting, client presentations and coordinating with consultants and suppliers.

• With hands-on involvement from concept to execution, she led the design process on several projects under the architects' guidance, ensuring functionality, aesthetics and sustainability remain at the forefront.​

• Beyond the drawing board, she manages the social media presence of the company, creating engaging content that showcases our design philosophy ongoing projects and behind the scene processes to enhance visibility and client engagement. 

Otieno is a highly motivated Assistant Architect at Grand Scale Builders Limited, where he has served since April 2025. He plays a vital role in supporting senior Arch.Dennis Onyango in the development and execution of project designs.

• He is proficient in creating & refining architectural drawings using CAD software & ensures adherence to building codes through detailed research & compliance checks.

• Otieno actively contributes to the development of sustainable and innovative design solutions, prepares compelling presentation materials for client engagements.

Mosoti Silfanus Lewis works as an Assistant Architect at Grandscale Builders with experience in drafting floor plans, elevations, and sections using ArchiCAD. He also creates 3D models and produce visual renders for design presentations. His role includes preparing detailed architectural working drawings and participating in construction site visits during site inspection. His role includes:

As the Front Desk Administrator, She serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office environment. Her role encompasses a blend of administrative support, customer service, and coordination with the technical team to maintain efficient operations. 

Her responsibilities include:

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Check in customers for appointments and notify appropriate personnel of their arrival.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.

• Handle general office paperwork such as data entry,  Tendering , and document organization.

She monitors ongoing construction projects and ensures they are completed within the projected budget and schedule. She works closely with project managers, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure a project is cost-effective and meets quality standards. Her responsibilities include:

• She typically begins working on a project during the design phase, giving cost estimates associated with the project, such as materials, labor and equipment.

• She also prepares tender documents and contracts for the project.

• During the construction phase, she monitors and manages costs to ensure the project is completed within the budget.

• She may also assist in resolving disputes between parties involved in the construction project.

As an Executive Assistant in an architectural firm, She manages the schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements of the principal architect, ensuring deadlines and client commitments are met.
